Episode 1: The Slave Raiders
Episode 1, provisionally entitled "The Slave Raiders", is currently in development.
The player begins in the village of Woodhaven, a small community of humans on the edge of wild and uncharted lands. The main characters in the series are introduced. Eleanor, 17-year old daughter of wise village elder Aeril, is talented, popular and rebellious. Tulku "the outsider", a forest tribesman who left his own people to make his own way in the world, employs his unworldly strength and endurance to serve Woodhaven as captain of its guard.
Despite their youth, Eleanor and Tulku find that it falls to them to lead the people of their village when it is raided by the minions of a cunning Orc warlord. Striking at dawn, the orcs raze homes and herd away many of the villagers as slaves. The player must rouse the survivors of the raid from the ruins of the town, build a rescue party, and guide them into wild lands on a quest to find and liberate their friends and families.
